4/30/24: I added a thumbnail for Maura/Mura and updated her information. I also added a thumbnail for Demeyna/Domona.
2/11/24: I finished adding sections for tribes/ethnic groups.
12/26/23: I added the names of 15 Tingguians/Itneg, 24 Aeta, and 3 Mangyan. I surpassed the estimated number of 1,200 Philippine Village residents.
I added a thumbnail for Iamot, also referred to as “Capitan,” who was an Aeta chief.
12/15/23: I added the names of 101 students, 76 Visayans, and 4 Meranao.
12/14/23: I added the names of 20 Philippine Scouts.
12/11/23: I added one name, Francisco Azucena, a carpenter who was jailed in Clayton during the fair.
9/3/23: I added a link to a new source, “The Bagobos of yesteryears” by Susan Palad.

8/31/23: Descendants of Santiago Palad have been confirmed. I updated his thumbnail with a clearer photo.
7/19/23: I added two names, Francisco and Carmen Mendoza, Tagalog musicians who lived in the Visayan Village.
7/15/23: I added three names from the Visayan Village: Aurelia Orman, Fortunato Franco, and their daughter who was born during the World’s Fair (name unknown).
11/26/22: I added 20 names from the Lake Lanao Moro Village: Fabiano, Sultan Ambuli, Anac, Batingolo, Calunang, Decol, Didi, Guerguy, Lelang, Lemigas, Lucsumama, Lugian, Macetoian, Maguman, Mariano, Ominen, Oracco, Pagunyan, Panero, and Pedro.
I also added 61 names of privates in the 4th Company of the Philippine Scouts.

10/23/22: I added a thumbnail for Isidoro Tuason from The St. Louis Republic newspaper, October 24, 1904.
10/22/22: I added a thumbnail for Cortapia. The image comes from a plaster bust carved of her during the 1904 World’s Fair, currently in Penn Museum collections.
10/16/22: I replaced Mrs. Congo’s and Sumlia’s thumbnails and added an entry for Tuckyam from Library of Congress materials.

06/05/22: I confirmed that Igud and Ramon Attas, two of the smallpox victims, were part of the Bagobo group who traveled to St. Louis and arrived on July 5, 1904.
I corrected the name “Mariana Vilana” to “Mariano Virlano.”
